5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an AWB / tracking number via email
- You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s website
6. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details
- Ensuring availability at the delivery address
Important:
- Missed deliveries may result in additional re-delivery fees
- For large items, delivery is typically curbside (street-level) only
- The courier is not responsible for carrying goods inside the property
7. Premium Delivery Options
For selected orders, we offer additional services:
- White-glove delivery (on request):
Includes scheduled delivery, careful handling, and placement inside the premises (where applicable) - Installation service:
Not included unless explicitly stated in the order confirmation
8. Risk and Ownership
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery
- Customers must inspect the package upon receipt
If visible damage exists:
- Do not accept the delivery without noting damage with the courier
- Failure to do so may affect eligibility for claims
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your claim.
10. Customs and Duties
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control

- We are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling after delivery
- Installation, misuse, or modification of products voids liability
