  • You will receive an AWB / tracking number via email
  • You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s website

6. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details
  • Ensuring availability at the delivery address

Important:

  • Missed deliveries may result in additional re-delivery fees
  • For large items, delivery is typically curbside (street-level) only
  • The courier is not responsible for carrying goods inside the property

7. Premium Delivery Options

For selected orders, we offer additional services:

  • White-glove delivery (on request):
    Includes scheduled delivery, careful handling, and placement inside the premises (where applicable)
  • Installation service:
    Not included unless explicitly stated in the order confirmation

8. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery
  • Customers must inspect the package upon receipt

If visible damage exists:

  • Do not accept the delivery without noting damage with the courier
  • Failure to do so may affect eligibility for claims

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your claim.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control
