1. Cancelling an Order Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us:

2. Cancelling a Shipped Order
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that:
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- Protective seals are not broken
- Custom-cut or made-to-measure glass products are excluded
To proceed, please follow the return instructions below.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
We will review your case and offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on your preference
If the issue is confirmed, no return fees will apply.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us at support@digivell.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 – Return Approval
Our support team will provide instructions and the return address.
Step 3 – Packaging
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport, especially fragile glass items.
5. Return Shipping Fees
A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the product is faulty or incorrect Original shipping costs are non-refundable If a scheduled return shipment fails due to customer unavailability, additional costs may be deducted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
8. Shipping returns
A return shipping fee of €20 will be deducted from your refund due to the handling and transportation requirements of heavy and fragile products.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a scheduled collection is missed due to customer unavailability, an additional €10–€15 fee may be deducted.
Please note that if you are returning faulty products, the return fees will be waived, and you will receive a full refund for your purchase.
